Accelerating change in STEM learning
One of our Account Directors Anna Beedham recently spent a week in Miami as part of the Formula E Driving Force delivery team. Find out about how she got on with Miami's future changemakers (and watch this space to be the first to download new teacher-led resources launching soon for UK teachers).
Today I’m reflecting on a whirlwind 4.5 months, which culminated in the launch of a ground-breaking global initiative for young people in Miami last week with the aim of creating a better future for young people through STEM learning.
Formula E's Driving Force presented by Public Investment Fund (PIF) E360 has been designed to engage and inspire students aged 8 to 18 to shape the future of mobility through interactive workshops, hands-on learning experiences and digital resources across global race locations.
Working with an incredible team of people at Formula E, PIF and E360, alongside some of the most forward-thinking schools across Miami, Jeddah and London, has reminded me why I am so lucky to do the job I do at We Are Futures, the brand and social impact agency behind the National Schools Partnership.
Having spent all week in Homestead, Miami, motivating young people to become future changemakers of their cities and being part of creating this initiative with Formula E, has actually empowered me to genuinely feel part of accelerating this change too!
Register now to be the first to download Formula E Driving Force resources as soon as they become available for UK teachers.
