Competition Terms and Conditions
Affinity Water – Water Smart Poster Competition (November 2025 – February 2026)
By entering this competition (the “Competition”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Competition on the National Schools Partnership website (“Website”) at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/ form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
We are Futures Limited, 1 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND, Company number 05082340.
Eligibility
- This Competition is open for entry to primary school teachers who are staff at primary schools located in the Affinity Water supply area (“Participants”). You can view the area to check whether your school is eligible at the following link: https://www.affinitywater.co.uk/our-supply-area. Only primary schools in this area are eligible for the prize, and no other schools are eligible.
- Participants must be aged 18 or over and employed at the school at the time of entry and prize fulfilment.
- Participants with immediate family members who are employees of Affinity Water Limited or We Are Futures Limited are not eligible to enter.
Prizes
- The winning entry will receive:
- One set of science books for their school library
- A £50 Amazon voucher for each team member (a maximum of 4 x £50 vouchers)
- The winning advert brought to life and displayed on a DigiBus in their local community
- Prizes are available to eligible primary schools only.
- Each primary school may only win once during the competition period.
- Only one overall winner.
- The prize is available only for teachers with pupils in Years 3–6.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted by the winners.
Entry Period
- The Entry period is open for entries submitted on the Typeform link from Monday 17th November 2025 9:00am until 23:59 on Friday 20th February 2026.
- Entries outside of the entry period will not count.
Entry Rules
- To enter the competition, eligible participants must:
- Register for the Affinity Water – Water Smart programme via the Website.
- Submit their pupils’ entries using the official entry form available at: https://2k2umi41ny2.typeform.com/affinitywater
- Participants must identify their current school in their account on the Website to make sure their entry is valid. Please ensure the school is correctly identified in ‘Account Settings > Current Institution’.
- Registrations or downloads that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for technical issues that cause lost, delayed, or damaged data during the transmission of registrations and downloads or any communication.
- Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, employer, and other relevant details of a Participant.
- Internet access is required.
- No purchase is necessary.
Safeguarding
- Only teachers or parents aged 18 or over may participate in this Competition and must not encourage children to submit entries themselves or to use social media for the purposes of this Competition.
- Teachers must ensure that no pupils can be identified in any submitted or publicly shared content. Entries must not include pupils’ names, initials, pictures of faces, or other identifiable features.
- Only images of the creative work itself should be shared.
- Participants must follow their school’s safeguarding and data protection policies and gain any required permission from their school’s leadership before participating.
- Entries that include identifiable information about children will be disqualified.
Winner Selection
- The winning entry will be selected by Affinity Water based on creativity, originality, and effectiveness in promoting water-saving behaviours.
- The judging will take place by 13th March 2026 and the best entry will be chosen as the winner.
- Winners will be notified using the email address associated with their National Schools Partnership account. Please make sure this email address is up to date.
- If a winner or substitute winner is unreachable (within 72 hours) or is otherwise deemed ineligible according to the Eligibility rules, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be allocated to an alternative randomly selected eligible Participant, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

- Data shall be passed to the following Data Processor(s) for the sole purposes of fulfilling the promotion:

- Typeform SL. Their Privacy Policy can be found at: https://admin.typeform.com/to/dwk6gt
- By participating in the Promotion, the Participant hereby acknowledges such personal information being used for these purposes according to the privacy policies detailed above.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Competition whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Competition
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Competition.
- Winners are responsible for any tax implications as a result of accepting the Prize and should seek independent advice if necessary.
- By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- These Terms and Conditions are available on request in a printable format.
- This Promotion is governed by the laws of England.
