This engaging lesson pack includes videos and varied activities to encourage students to reflect on the link between movement and mental health, and supports students to overcome barriers to regular physical activity. It also includes opportunities for students to apply their learning from sport and movement to other areas of their lives – for example, by setting and working towards personal goals.

Our classroom content offers a range of flexible sports, wellbeing and teamwork activities. Each lesson comes in a PSHE or PE version, so you can use it in class or on the go – or even at home, if you're a parent or home educator.
