The terms and conditions for this Campaign include any information or instructions published about this Campaign on the National Schools Partnership website (“Website”) at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/ 

By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to the Terms and Conditions in full.

The Organiser 

  • The Organiser / Promoter is We Are Futures Limited, 1 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND, company number 05082340.
  • Lidl GB is supporting the Campaign but is not responsible for administering this Campaign unless expressly stated.

Who Can Take Part 

  • The Campaign is open to primary school teachers of 4–7-year-olds in England, Scotland and Wales.
  • Participants must be aged 18 or over.
  • Participants must have one of the following teaching roles and must have declared their role at the point of sign-up to NSP under “Main Position” or “Other Position”:
    • Class / Year Group Teacher 
    • Deputy / Assistant Headteacher 
    • Head of Department / Subject 
    • Head of Year / Key Stage 
    • Headteacher 
    • SENCO 
    • SEND Teacher 
  • Participants who are employees, agents, or household members of employees or agents of the Organiser, Lidl GB, or anyone professionally connected with this Campaign are not eligible to take part.
  • Participation is open only to teachers / authorised staff of eligible schools as stated.
  • Anyone taking part on behalf of a school confirms they are authorised to do so.

Campaign Period 

  • The Campaign runs from 00:00 on 21 May 2026 until 23:00 on 13 July 2026, or until all available gifts have been allocated, whichever occurs first.
  • All dates and times are based on UK time. 
  • The gifts are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served, while stocks last basis. The Campaign may end early once all available gifts have been allocated.
  • Once the Campaign has closed, a notice will be placed on the Website no later than the following working day.
  • Claims, registrations, downloads or submissions made outside of the Campaign Period will not count.

How To Take Part 

  • To participate, Participants must complete the required steps set out in these Terms and any Campaign materials.
  • To qualify, Participants must:

o   correctly identify their school and contact details under their NSP account; 

o   declare an eligible teaching role when joining NSP, or ensure this is recorded under Account Settings > Job Details; 

o   provide their name, contact number and all other requested information at the point of registration; 

o   register for the Lidl Foodies programme; and 

o   download all the “Makers” resources made available during the Campaign Period at https://nationalschoolspartnership.com/initiatives/lidl-foodies/ 

  • Participants may only qualify once. If multiple registrations or downloads are made by the same teacher, all additional registrations or downloads will be disregarded.
  • Claims may be excluded where Campaign rules are not followed.
  • Reasonable alternative participation arrangements may be available for accessibility needs on request.
  • Participants must follow all school permissions, approvals and internal policies.
  • Internet access is required unless another route is clearly stated.

Gift Details 

  • The gift is two SilverCrest 600 Watt Jug Blenders for each qualifying teacher, subject to availability.
  • There are fifty (50) SilverCrest 600 Watt Jug Blenders available in total.  
  • Each of the first qualifying twenty-five (25) teachers will receive two (2) blenders.
  • Gifts will be allocated on a first come, first served, while stocks last basis.
  • Successful Participants will receive the blenders by delivery to the school associated with their NSP account within fourteen (14) days of registering for the Lidl Foodies programme and downloading the “Makers” resources.
  • No cash alternative is available. We may provide a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The gift is non-transferable and may not be exchanged by the Participant.
  • Physical products or rewards may be delivered only to a verified school address unless stated otherwise.

Fulfilment and Enquiries 

  • Due to the volume of registrations and downloads, unsuccessful or ineligible Participants may not be notified. 
  • If a Participant believes they were eligible but has not received the gift within fourteen (14) days of completing the qualifying steps, they may contact the National Schools Partnership by email at lidlfoodies@nationalschoolspartnership.com

Child Safety and Safeguarding 

  • Participants must follow their school’s safeguarding and data protection policies and gain any required permission from their school leadership before participating.
  • We may reject, remove or disqualify any claim or participation on safeguarding grounds.

Privacy and Data Protection 

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • The Data Controller is We Are Futures Limited. The privacy policy explaining how your data is used can be found at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/privacy-policy/ 
  • We may use trusted service providers to help administer the Campaign, including for fulfilment and delivery. They act only on our instructions and must protect your information.
  • Personal data you provide at the time you participate in this Campaign will be used solely for administering the Campaign in accordance with the privacy policy.
  • Participation in the Campaign is not dependent on your consent to receive electronic marketing communications.

General 

  • The Organiser’s decisions on the administration of the Campaign and interpretation of these Terms will be final, acting reasonably and fairly.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, transmission failures, or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Organiser may request evidence to verify eligibility, identity or authority to act for a school.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any suspected fraudulent, bulk, automated or abusive participation, or participation that does not comply with these Terms, or appears to interfere with the fair running of the Promotion. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold gifts while any investigation takes place.
  • The Organiser may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign only where necessary due to events beyond its reasonable control, legal or regulatory reasons, fraud, technical failure or circumstances that would otherwise prevent the Campaign being run fairly.
  • Any personal tax liability connected with a gift is the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects a Participant’s statutory rights.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Organiser’s negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Scottish law may apply to certain consumer rights matters.

These terms and conditions explain how this Competition works. By taking part, you agree to them and to any information or instructions published by the Promoter on the National Schools Partnership website (“Website”) at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/

Who is eligible to enter 

  • The Promotion is open only to the specified schools listed in this document. 
  • Participants must be aged 18 or over
  • Adults may submit entries on behalf of children, aged 4-11-years-old. 
  • Participants who are employees, or with household members who are employees of the Promoter or Lidl GB are not eligible to enter.  
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify a Participant meets the eligibility rules. 

Promotion Period  

  • The Promotion runs from 4 May, 00:00 until 12 May 23:59 
  • Once the Promotion has closed, a notice will be placed on the Website no later than the following working day.  
  • Entries outside of the Promotion period will not count. 

How to enter 

  • To successfully enter, an individual, an eligible Participant must do all of the following: 

o   Visit the Website and download ‘Growers’ pack  

o   Use the Fruit & Veg Mix Up Activity sheet with their pupils  

o   Scan and email their completed activity sheets to lidlfoodies@nationalschoolspartnership.com  

  • A Participant’s entries will be considered invalid and will therefore be disqualified if any of the following is true: 

o   They submit entries on behalf of pupils that are not aged 4-11-years-old. 

o   Participants are submitting on behalf of schools that are located more than 50 miles from the postcodes mentioned above. 

  • Internet access is required. 
  • This competition is a new and separate promotion and is not an extension of the previous competition that closed on 3 May 2026. 

Product or prize details and availability 

  • Three (3) farm visits are available to be won. One (1) winner will be selected from each of the three designated target areas within a 50-mile radius of each farm location – see list of eligible schools for each of the three farm locations here. 
  • The final number of attendees per visit will be agreed with each winning school. Attendance will be capped at a maximum of thirty-five (35) children, plus the minimum number of supervising teachers required by the school. 
  • Each farm visit will include: 

o   Return coach travel between the winning school and the designated farm, which will be arranged and funded on behalf of the winning school; 

o   A guided tour of the farm; and 

o   Additional activities as determined by the farm, at its sole discretion. 

  • The visit must be taken on a date agreed between the Promoter and the winning school during the 2025/26 academic year. 
  • The Promoter will arrange transport and activities through third-party providers. These providers are responsible for the delivery of their services. Schools remain responsible for supervision and duty of care for pupils at all times. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and may be amended where necessary. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the farm location with another suitable venue if necessary. 
  • Each of the three (3) winners will also receive one (1) Lidl gift card, only, for the sole purpose of purchasing products at Lidl GB stores within England, Scotland or Wales.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

Farm Accessibility and Participation 

  • The Promoter will work with the winning school and the farm venue to support accessibility requirements where it is reasonably possible. 
  • However, due to the nature of working farms, including uneven terrain, outdoor environments, and operational safety restrictions, some areas and activities may have limited accessibility for individuals with certain mobility requirements or additional needs. 
  • Schools are encouraged to inform the Promoter of any accessibility requirements at the earliest opportunity so that reasonable adjustments can be considered and discussed with the venue. 
  • Where specific requirements cannot be reasonably accommodated by the venue, the Promoter will work with the school to explore appropriate alternatives where possible. 
  • While the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requirements, participation in certain activities may be restricted where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees. 

Judging and criteria 

  • A panel of independent judges will select the winners based on the judging criteria: 

o   Creativity and originality 

o   Effective use and variety of fruit and/or vegetable elements 

o   Overall presentation and engagement with the activity 

Winner notification 

  • Winners will be notified by 20 May 2026, 23:59 
  • Winners must reply to accept the prize within 5 working days. 
  • If a winner or substitute winner does not reply to accept the prize or is unreachable or is otherwise deemed ineligible according to the Eligibility rules, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be allocated to the next highest scoring eligible entry, as determined by the judging panel. 

Winner publicity 

  • Winners may be invited to take part in publicity related to the Competition. The Promoter will not publish a winner’s name, school, or photograph without the explicit written consent of the parent / legal guardian. This consent will be gained separately after winners are selected and before any information is publicised. No entrant will be disadvantaged if consent is withheld. 
  • In accordance with the ASA CAP code, the surname and county of winners and the names of their schools will be available upon request for three months after the closing date by emailing comms@wearefutures.com. Winners may object to their details being published or request that less information be disclosed when claiming their prize. 

Submitted content 

  • Participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display and share their entries for the purposes of administering and promoting the Competition and related educational activities. 
  • Content must represent the entrant’s own original ideas and work and must not infringe copyrighted material. 
  • Entries must represent the entrant’s own original work. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be generated or significantly assisted by AI tools. 
  • Digital tools used for illustrating, writing or presentation (such as Word, Powerpoint or graphics software) are allowed. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to request clarification or evidence of originality if AI-assisted work or copyrighted content is suspected. 

Safeguarding and Permission 

  • Only teachers aged 18 or over may participate in this Promotion. 
  • Participants must follow their school’s safeguarding and data protection policies and gain any required permission from their school leadership before participating.  
  • Teachers must not encourage children to submit entries themselves or to use social media for the purposes of this Competition. 
  • Where participation involves sharing on social media, please remember posts are public. Ensure no personal data of children or other adults is included. Entries must not include pictures of children's faces, or other identifiable features or information. 
  • Entries that include identifiable pupil information will be disqualified. 
  • Where participation involves posting on social media, participants should be aware that posts will be public and may identify their school. 
  • The school retains responsibility for pupil supervision during farm visits at all times.

3. £25 Amazon Voucher with Lidl Foodies – April 2026 Promotion This promotion is now closed

We are offering teachers the chance to win a £25.00 (fifty Great British pounds) Amazon voucher for answering a short Typeform survey.

By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion on the National Schools Partnership website (“Website”) at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/ form part of these Terms and Conditions.    

The Promoter

 Eligibility    

  • This Promotion is open for entry to school teachers that have previously registered for the Lidl Foodies programme downloaded the Growers resources (“Eligible Participants”). No other schools are eligible for this Promotion. 
  • Participants must be aged 18 or over and employed at the school at the time of entry and fulfilment. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including requiring proof of school affiliation.
  • Participants with immediate family members who are employees of Lidl GB or We Are Futures Limited are not eligible to enter. 

Promotion Period    

  • The Promotion will open at 0.00 (GMT) on 29 April 2026 and will close on 23.00 (GMT) 17 May 2026
  • Once the Promotion has closed, a notice will be placed on the Website no later than the following working day 

Qualification Rules    

  • To receive a £25.00 Amazon voucher, eligible Participants must:

  • You must identify your current school in your account on the Website. Please ensure your school is correctly identified in ‘Account Settings > Current Institution’.

  • Registrations or downloads that are incomplete will be deemed invalid.

Voucher availability

  • There is one (1) total amount of £25.00 Amazon voucher available
  • A teacher can only receive one voucher.
