Free Reward Promotion Campaign

THIS CAMPAIGN IS OPEN.

Register for the Dove Self Esteem Project and download resources for the chance to receive a free classroom poster, while stocks last. 

No purchase or payment is necessary to take part.

The terms and conditions for this Campaign include any information or instructions published about this Campaign on the National Schools Partnership website (“Website”) at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to the Terms and Conditions in full.

The Organiser 

  • The Organiser (Promoter) is We Are Futures Limited, 1 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND.

Who Can Take Part 

  • The Campaign is open to teachers employed by UK primary, secondary, state-funded, academy, independent and special schools teaching pupils aged 5–16.
  • Participants must be aged 18 or over. 
  • Participants who are employees, or with household members who are employees, of the Organiser, Dove, Unilever UK Limited or anyone professionally connected with this Campaign are not eligible to participate.
  • Participation is open only to teachers / authorised staff of eligible schools as stated.
  • Anyone entering on behalf of a school confirms they are authorised to do so.

Campaign Period 

  • The Campaign runs from 00:00 BST on 27 April 2026 until 23:59 BST on 17 May 2026, or until all available posters have been allocated, whichever occurs first.
  • All dates and times are based on UK time. 
  • As rewards are limited, the Campaign may end early once all available posters have been allocated (“first come, first served, while stocks last”).
  • Once the Campaign has closed, a notice will be placed on the Website no later than the following working day.
  • Claims made outside of the Campaign period will not count.

How To Take Part 

  • To participate, entrants must complete the required steps set out in campaign materials.
  • To qualify for a free poster: 
    • Visit the Website 
    • Register for the Dove Self Esteem Project via the relevant primary or secondary programme page on the Website and download one or more available resources. 
  • Entries may be excluded where campaign rules are not followed.
  • Entry limits apply as follows: 
    • One poster per eligible participant / school registration, while stocks last.
  • Participants must follow all school permissions, approvals and internal policies.
  • Internet access is required unless another route is clearly stated.

Prize / Gift / Reward Details 

  • The reward is: 
    • One printed Dove Self Esteem Project classroom poster. 
  • Available quantity: 
    • 100 posters available in total.
  • Delivery or fulfilment details: 
    • Posters will be allocated to the first 100 eligible participants successfully completing the required steps, based on the Organiser’s timestamped records. 
    • Successful recipients will be contacted by email within 14 days of qualification after stock allocation is confirmed
  • No cash alternative is available. We may provide a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Physical rewards may be delivered only to a verified school address unless stated otherwise.

Privacy and Data Protection 

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • We may use trusted service providers to help administer the Campaign (for example fulfilment providers). They act only on our instructions and must protect your information.
  • Personal data you provide when participating will be used solely for administering this Promotion in accordance with the privacy policy.
  • Participation in the Promotion is not dependent on your consent to receive electronic marketing communications.

General 

  • The Organiser’s decisions on the administration of the Campaign and interpretation of these Terms will be final, acting reasonably and fairly.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, transmission failures, or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Organiser may request evidence to verify eligibility, identity or authority to act for a school.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any suspected fraudulent, bulk, automated, abusive or non-compliant participation and may withhold rewards whilst investigation takes place.
  • The Organiser may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign only where necessary due to events beyond its reasonable control, legal or regulatory reasons, fraud, technical failure or circumstances that would otherwise prevent the Campaign being run fairly.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects a Participant’s statutory rights.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Organiser’s negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dove: Women’s Rugby World Cup ticket giveaway – Competition Terms and Conditions This promotion is now closed

By entering this competition (the “Competition”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Competition on the National Schools Partnership website form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

The Promoter 

We are Futures, 1 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND, Company number 05082340. 

Eligibility 

This Competition is open to all primary and secondary school teachers in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (“Participants”). 

Competition Period 

The Competition will open at 9:00 (GMT) on 01 September 2025 and will close at 17:00 (GMT) on the 15 September 2025

Prizes 

2 X tickets per person to a match at this year’s Women’s Rugby World Cup hosted in the United Kingdom. The prize does not include transport or accommodation. There are 74 tickets available in total, 22 of these tickets have a behind the scenes tour included with them.

Tickets will be randomly distributed to winners and may include access to the quarter-finals, semi-finals, or final matches. Some winners will also receive exclusive behind-the-scenes passes in addition to their tickets.

The Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. 

Entry 

To enter the Competition, Participants must register to the Dove Self Esteem Nation Schools Partnership Web Page. Both Primary and Secondary teachers based in the UK and Ireland must download any Dove lesson resource to be entered in the competition. Participants may only enter once. If multiple registrations are made from the same teacher, all additional Entries will be disregarded.  

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible teachers who have entered the competition

Registrations or downloads that are incomplete will be deemed invalid.  No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of registrations and downloads.  

The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Competition. 

The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action, as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. 

Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties. 

Winner Selection 

The winners will be notified using the email address associated with the winners NSP accounts within 14 days of their registration and downloads.  

Please note Rugby World Cup tickets will be awarded to the teacher who downloads the required resources. They are not intended for pupils or the class.

In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable or ineligible, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to the next Participant selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

All Prizes will be delivered within 5 days of a Claim. 

Privacy and Data Protection 

Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Competition, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Competition or claiming the Prize will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party other than the following: 

·       National Schools Partnership, the privacy policy explaining how the data will be held can be found at  https://nationalschoolspartnership.com/privacy-policy/

·        Dove (Unilever), solely for the purposes of prize fulfilment (including contacting the winner and issuing match tickets). The privacy policy for Unilever can be found at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html

The Participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms they agree with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at  https://www.wearefutures.com/privacy-policy. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the privacy policy. 

General 

The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Competition whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control. 

The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Competition. 

The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Competition. 

 By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law). 

 All Prizes are subject to current tax law in the local jurisdiction, and may be considered to be a taxable fringe benefit to those who have participated and won under these Terms and Conditions. Winners are responsible for declaring, if applicable, the local currency equivalent cost of the Prize as earnings to the local tax authorities in the country that the Participant is resident.  

 This Competition is governed by English law.
