Disney Hercules Workshop Prize Draw – September 2025 Promotion

 

Submit your pupils’ posters for chances to win a free workshop for your school.

 

By entering this prize draw (the “Promotion”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion on the National Schools Partnership website (“Website”) at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/ form part of these Terms and Conditions.    

 

The Promoter   

We are Futures Limited, 1 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND, Company number 05082340.   

 Eligibility   

  • This Promotion is open to all teachers of 7-11-year-olds in primary schools located in the following areas only. No other schools are eligible for this Promotion:

Greater London, the South East of England, East of England, Birmingham, and the East Midlands.

  • Participants must be aged 18 or over and employed at the school at the time of entry and fulfilment. 
  • Participants with immediate family members who are employees of Disney or We Are Futures Limited are not eligible to enter. 

Promotion Period   

  • The Promotion Period will open at 00.00 (BST) on 25 February 2025 until 23:59 (BST) 3 November 2025.  

Entry Rules

  • To enter the Promotion, eligible Participants must:

                           i.          visit the Website and register with the Disney Hercules initiative; and

                          ii.          download the Hero poster Activity Sheets; and

                         iii.          submit the Hero poster Activity Sheets, which their pupils have completed, by email to hercules@nationalschoolspartnership.com  

  • Participants must identify their current school in their account on the Website to make sure their entry is valid. Please ensure the school is correctly identified in ‘Account Settings > Current Institution’. 
  • Participants may enter multiple posters, whereby each completed poster counts as one entry to the prize draw.  
  • Registrations or downloads that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. Do not add too many attachments to an email to avoid problems sending. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for technical issues that cause lost, delayed, or damaged data during the transmission of submissions. 
  • Entries must be submitted before the closing date. 
  • Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.  
  • You must not include any personal data (names, photos or identifiable details) of your pupils when you submit Entries.
  • Internet access is required. 
  • No purchase is necessary. 

The Prize

  • There is one workshop led by Disney’s Theatrical Teaching Artists to be won by one school.
  • The workshop will take place at the winning school’s premises in January 2026. The exact date is to be agreed with the winning school. 
  • The workshop is provided completely free of charge, including facilitator travel and materials.
  • The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.  

Winner Selection

  • The winning school will be randomly selected by the Promoter from all the eligible entries made during the Promotion period. The prize draw will take place on 10th November 2025
  • The winner will be notified using the email address associated with their National Schools Partnership account.  Please make sure this email address is up to date. 
  • The winner must reply to accept the Prize within 5 working days.
  • If a winner or substitute winner does not reply to accept the Prize or is unreachable or is otherwise deemed ineligible according to the Eligibility rules, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be allocated to an alternative randomly selected eligible Participant, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.    

Privacy and Data Protection    

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 
  • The Data Controller is We Are Futures Limited. The privacy policy explaining how your data is used can be found at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/privacy-policy/ 
  • By participating in the Promotion, the Participant hereby acknowledges such personal information being used for these purposes according to the privacy policies detailed above.   

General    

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.    
  • The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive eligible entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
  • The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.  
  • The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, employer, and other relevant details of a Participant.
  • By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, participation or use of any resources or products (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
  • The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion where it becomes necessary. 
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
