We are offering teachers the chance to win a £25.00 (twenty-five Great British pounds) Amazon voucher for answering a short email survey.
By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Eligibility
· This Promotion is open for entry to school teachers that have previously registered for the Always Be You programme (“Eligible Participants”). No other schools are eligible for this Promotion.
· Participants must be aged 18 or over and employed at the school at the time of entry and fulfilment.
· The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including requiring proof of school affiliation.
· Participants with immediate family members who are employees of Procter & Gamble UK or We Are Futures Limited are not eligible to enter.
Promotion Period
· The Promotion will open at 0.00 (GMT) on 15 December 2025 and will close on 23.00 (GMT) 12 January 2025
· Once the Promotion has closed, a notice will be placed on the Website no later than the following working day.
Qualification Rules
· To receive a £25.00 Amazon voucher, eligible Participants must:
o Complete the survey distributed by the National Schools Partnership (louise@thennationalschoolspartnership.com) and
o Returned the completed survey to the National Schools Partnership (comms@wearefutures.com)
· You must identify your current school in your account on the Website. Please ensure your school is correctly identified in ‘Account Settings > Current Institution’.
· Participants may only enter once to qualify.
· Registrations or downloads that are incomplete will be deemed invalid.
· Internet access is required.
· No purchase is necessary.
Voucher availability
· There are 4 (four) total amount of £25.00 Amazon vouchers available
· A teacher can only receive one voucher.
· Successful Participants will be notified using the email address associated with their National Schools Partnership account within 14 days of entry.
· Vouchers will usually be dispatched by email within 28 days.
Privacy and Data Protection
· Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

· The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify applications which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
· The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, employer, and other relevant details of a Participant.
· By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession or use of any resources or products (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

Always Be You: Free Period Kit Sample Promotion (September 2025)
By participating in this Promotion you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter on the National Schools Partnership website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
The Promotion is organised by is We Are Futures Limited, 1 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND. Company number 05082340 (“the Promoter’).
Eligibility
· The Promotion is open to all secondary school teachers in the UK and Republic of Ireland who teach students aged 11 to 14 years old.
· Participants must be aged 18 or over and must participate in a professional capacity on behalf of their school. It is the responsibility of the Participant to gain any necessary permission from their school.
· The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including requiring proof of school affiliation.
· Employees of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this programme are not eligible to enter.
How to Apply
· To apply, Participants must register with the Always Be You initiative on the website at https://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/initiatives/always-be-you
· To ensure a valid application, Participants must correctly identify their school in their National Schools Partnership account which can be checked on the website under ‘Current Institutions’ in ‘Account Settings’ and must complete answers to all questions on the ‘Register for Always Be You’ form.
· Only one application per secondary school is permitted. If more than one application is made, only the first one will be accepted.
Samples available
· The Promotion offers samples of sanitary products only for distribution to students: Always pad kits for 11 to 12-year-olds and Tampax tampon kits for 13 to 14-year-olds.
· The samples are provided in boxes that contain a set number of kits, and each box normally contains either 22 x Always pad kits or 30 x Tampax tampon kits. Unfortunately, this cannot be varied by the Promoter or distributor.
· Boxes will be dispatched using the student information provided by the Participant in the application. Dispatch is in batches and therefore delivery may be several weeks after the application.
· The samples are free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
· The Promotion will remain open until 30th June 2026 at 23.59, or while stocks last.
Privacy and Data Protection
· Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
· Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party other than the following:

· To qualify for a chance to receive a free poster, eligible Participants must:
o visit the Website and register with the ‘Always Be You’ initiative; and
o download at least one of the teaching resources.

· Participants should only enter once to qualify their school. Where multiple registrations are made from the same teacher, or multiple teachers participate from a school, only the first will qualify.
· Registrations or downloads that are incomplete will be deemed invalid.

Poster availability
· There are 1,000 free posters available on a first-come, first-served basis.
· A school can only receive one poster.

· Posters will usually be dispatched within 28 days by post to the address held in the Participant’s account on the Website.
· The Promoter is not responsible for posters lost or damaged in transit.
