Elliot has suffered from health problems since being involved in a car accident at the age of nine. After finding it almost impossible to get a job in his home town of Bridlington, he decided to take the matter into his own hands and started up his own business.

He was given help from The Prince's Trust to set up his company, Toolbay Direct Ltd. The business is now thriving, selling hand and power tools to tradesmen and other small businesses, achieving a turnover of £460,000 last year.

Elliot feels positive about his life now. His self-esteem has risen and he's looking forward to being able to buy his own home.
