The Blackcurrant Foundation and National Schools Partnership have created a brand new set of fun, flexible and engaging resources for Key Stage 1 teachers and pupils. The ‘Purple Power’ activities have been produced by teachers and contain strong curriculum links to help achieve your learning objectives, teach your pupils all about healthy eating, and help achieve Healthy School Status.
The 6 activity sheets for lessons and 2 homework sheets have been designed to be flexible enough to pick up and run with at any time this summer
Unfortunately all physical resources have now been exhausted, but below you can still download all of our fantastic teaching resources which will allow you to run this project in your school.

Use the fab creative competition leaflets for children to design their own superhero character.
Prizes to be won for the winning competition entry include smoothie making machines for runners up and the winning entry will be worked up by a professional illustrator and featured on The Blackcurrant Foundation resources and website. Closing date for the competition is 31st July, so get your entries in quickly!
Please ask parents to hand the leaflets directly back to you and send them all to: National Schools Partnership, One Hardwick’s Square, Wandsworth, London, SW18 4AW, alternatively parents can send them to us themselves
