National Schools Partnership has developed a new and engaging Science project which offers attention-grabbing and interactive activities covering Sc1 curriculum links. Creating links to the real world, pupils will discover ways to link KS2 science topics to some of the great inventors and inventions of our time as well as learn how to test their ideas through scientific enquiry.

This project has been kindly sponsored by Sony Pictures Animation to celebrate the release of Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs™, at cinemas September 18 2009. The tale of the aspiring inventor Flint Lockwood will allow pupils to step into the shoes of being an inventor themselves, just like Flint.
